Reverie takes its inspiration from the eclectic lanterns adorning the exterior of the Opéra de Nice, the second largest French city on the Mediterranean coast. François Aune, the architect of the (re)build opera house -it had burnt down completely a few years earlier- was a pupil of Gustav Eiffel. The Opéra de Nice is said to be one of the most beautiful opera houses in the world.

I could not believe my eyes when I got my necklace. It is soooo beautiful. Words cannot describe the fine workmanship and delicate filigree pattern of the lantern. The size is perfect and it is surprisingly less heavy than I imagined it to be. Everytime I've been wearing my necklace, even without other beads on top, it has been admired by everyone I met. Worth every penny!
